Chef Josh Gonneau, originally from Caledon, Ontario, started cooking at 18.

He completed his apprenticeship at the Caledon Inn and studied at George Brown College.

After 20+ years working in various establishments in Ontario, he briefly stopped on Salt Spring Island before settling in Vancouver.

He served as executive chef at Cibo Trattoria and Uva Cocktail and Wine Bar.

Later, he taught culinary arts at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and Vancouver Community College, mentoring aspiring chefs. 

Their general manager, Shayna Berkelmans, a seasoned hospitality professional with 15+ years of experience, started as a dishwasher in London, Ontario.

She climbed the ranks and became a General Manager in Vancouver, known for her hard work, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Currently, Shayna is excited to help open a new restaurant, bringing her expertise to ensure its success.

Her hands-on approach and passion for the industry create memorable dining experiences.
