The Living Room Introduces New Wine And Dine Offering

The Living Room at Hotel Belmont MGallery is thrilled to announce the launch of the new ‘Wine and Dine for Two’ offering beginning April 1st, 2023.

The Living Room Introduces New Wine And Dine Offering

Being the one of leading hospitality venues in Vancouver’s Entertainment District, The Living Room wants to bring a different experience to the heart of Granville Street.

With Hotel Belmont being recognized as one of the MGallery properties – a collection of luxurious boutique hotels, The Living Room aims to create more refined, great value offerings without compromising the quality of the food and beverage.

Created by Brazil-born Chef Julio Wunsch (previously Fable and Nightingale restaurant), The Living Room’s menu consists of classic, worldly comfort food with contemporary twists.

From Pork Belly Bao to Chicken and Waffle Dippers to start, a selection of fresh salads and scrumptious handhelds, to hearty pastas and Grilled Flat Iron Steak served with Potato Pave as main courses, Chef Wunsch and his team have created something for everyone.

The “Wine and Dine for Two” experience starts with rotating chef-selections Amuse Bouche.

Guests can then select two items for their main course and of course, finish off with something sweet from the dessert menu.

Each meal comes with a bottle of wine (current selections are Santa Carolina Sauvignon Blanc or Cabernet Sauvignon).

At $105, this premium offer at an accessible price is perfect for date night, pre/post show meal, or if guests want to simply experience a different side of Granville Street.

The “Wine and Dine for Two” program is one of the initiatives that The Living Room is introducing as part of the brand refresh in the coming months.

Chef Wunsh, alongside Chef Michael Rose, will continuously improve the Living Room menu and refine the service to create exceptional dining experiences for every guest that comes through the door.

The Living Room plans to also unveil a brand new look later this spring, followed by an announcement to reintroduce the sister establishment The Basement that’s currently undergoing a major facelift.

With a lot of exciting things in the pipeline, both The Living Room and The Basement aim to provide elevated hospitality and become the notable destination for luxury nightlife and entertainment in Vancouver.
