Maan Farms in Abbotsford is hosting three Easter events bringing back the family-friendly baby animal days, a boozy adult egg hunt, and a homemade pancake breakfast with the Easter Bunny.
BAE Days
Baby Animal Easter Days (BAE Days) will have general admission guests spending time with the Easter Bunny and seven baby farm animals including bunnies, ducklings, chicks, calves, goats, lambs, and pigs. Each participant will be given an activity booklet with the goal of learning about the animals, before embarking to collect hidden colourful eggs at each animal station.
An Easter treat will be received at the end of the day. The participant that discovers the golden egg will also win a grand prize. Guests are invited to explore the Barnyard Adventureland attractions including the zipline, pedal go karts, tractor field, jumping pillow, slides and playground. To sweeten the offering, a VIP pass can also be purchased, which includes animal feed, mini donuts, a glass of Maan Farms Estate Winery’s berry wine or non-alcoholic strawberry lemonade, a chocolate treat, and a ‘comeback pass’.
Maan Farms Country Kitchen will be serving lemon mini donuts, its signature Egg-Cellent Ice Cream — a handmade milk chocolate egg filled with creamy soft serve ice cream topped with caramel, crushed mini eggs, and a crisp wafer straw — and savoury dishes, such as butter chicken and naan tacos.
BAE Days will be held April 7-10, 2023 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although guests will see the Easter Bunny around the farm during BAE Days, an immersive Breakfast with the Easter Bunny experience will be offered each morning from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Guests are able to meet the Easter Bunny while also enjoying a breakfast menu of pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, sausages, and a drink.
Bunnies & Booze
The final event is the return of Bunnies & Booze, a unique 90’s themed egg hunt for those ages 19 years and older. Guests will be going on an egg hunt with a chance to find the coveted golden egg, meeting the Easter Bunny, playing fun games, such as the egg and spoon race, provided appetizers and dinner made by Mama Maan’s Country Kitchen, and served an alcoholic beverage of either Maan Farms Estate Winery’s award-winning berry wine or a glass of beer. The Egg-Cellent Ice Cream and other Mama Maan treats will be available for purchase.
Bunnies & Booze will be held on March 31 and April 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm until late.
Pricing varies for each event with online pricing offered at a lower rate for BAE Days. Bunnies & Booze Tickets must be pre-purchased.
