Haidilao is one of my go-to spots for hot pot and they have a new Malatang combo as well as a one-day deal coming up on Fantuan.
The new combo comes with beef slices, luncheon meat, crispy sausage, pork dumplings, fish tofu, quail eggs, stuffed tofu, wide noodles and vegetables, plus rice on the side. I like a malatang with plenty to pick through, and this has a good mix of meats, noodles and tofu.
