B House Restaurant Dine Out Vancouver 2026 Menu

B House Restaurant on Commercial Drive combines Asian and Western flavours in a way that feels both inventive and approachable. They are introducing their first ever Dine Out Vancouver menu featuring a three-course dinner menu priced at $60 per person,

We started with the Butternut Squash Soup featuring roasted squash that a natural sweetness and a smooth texture. The truffle aioli added a savoury note, while the candied almonds provided a light crunch that kept the soup from feeling flat.

Another started we tried was the B House Salad, which offered a fresh start to the meal. Mixed greens, tomatoes, fennel, cucumber, and avocado were lightly coated in a seed mustard vinaigrette. The dressing was balanced and did not overpower the vegetables. Candied almonds added texture and a touch of sweetness.

One of the main courses we tried was the Duck Confit. The five-spice duck leg was tender and well-seasoned. The duck fat roasted baby potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the seasonal vegetables were cooked simply. The maple cranberry glaze added a gentle sweetness that worked well with the richness of the duck.

The Stuffed Wild Sockeye Salmon main featured a filling of artichoke and cream cheese, which gave the fish a soft, savoury centre. The Sambuca beurre blanc and balsamic glaze added contrasting notes without masking the flavour of the salmon. The accompanying potatoes and vegetables kept the plate familiar and comforting.

The Slow Braised Lamb Shank was rich and comforting. The meat was soft and pulled away easily, with a coffee gravy that added a subtle bitterness and warmth. The duck fat roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables made the dish feel complete and substantial.

Dessert was the Sweet Triple, which included Molten Chocolate Brownie, Mascarpone Bread Pudding, Fresh Berries, Dulce De Le Che, Hazelnut Chocolate Sauce, and Vanilla Gelato. Each component was prepared in a straightforward way, offering different textures and levels of sweetness in a single presentation.

I also enjoyed the Lychee Mojito featuring fresh lime, fresh mint, lychee syrup, lime juice, soda and lychee.
