For summer meals that stay classic while introducing a few seasonal updates, Chop Steakhouse & Bar has rolled out a menu that feels familiar and approachable. The focus is on well-known formats, with subtle adjustments that keep things interesting without overcomplicating the experience.

One of the highlights was the Steak & Calabrian Chili Shrimp. The steak was cooked evenly, and the shrimp added a spicy contrast. The Calabrian chili butter brought heat with a gentle smoky note and a touch of sweetness that stayed balanced across the plate.

To start, the Sicilian Hummus was creamy and savoury, served with toasted flatbread that held up well to dipping. It worked nicely as a table starter and felt satisfying without being heavy.

The Shrimp Cocktail featured chilled shrimp that were firm and fresh.

Cocktails stayed in a summer mindset. The Pineapple Paloma was bright and citrus-forward, while the Yuzu Mai Tai had a light tropical character that suited warm weather dining.

Dessert was the Salted Caramel Pot de Crème, smooth and rich without tipping into excess sweetness. The yuzu-poached peaches added a tangy note that kept the dish feeling balanced to the end of the meal.

From the regular menu, we tried the Seafood Linguine featuring hand-picked red crab, shrimp & mussels, basil, capers, chilies, lightly smoked tomato sauce.

The kids enjoyed burger and chicken tenders with fries.

We spent the evening in a cozy booth overlooking the bar. The space feels polished and comfortable, making it an easy choice for both casual dinners and special occasions.
The summer features are available for a limited time, making this a good moment to visit if you are looking for something seasonal that still feels familiar.
