Cloud House Sunday Brunch is happening at PIER 7 Restaurant + Bar this July, bringing a relaxed weekend rhythm to the North Vancouver waterfront.

Set against the harbour with views of the Burrard Inlet, the brunch unfolds on the upper deck with live music, a focused brunch menu, and a cocktail program built around Cloud House spirits.
The atmosphere is unhurried and social, suited to lingering over late morning plates while boats pass by.

The Crab Cake Benedict arrived with crisp crab cakes topped with poached eggs, avocado mousse, arugula, and chive hollandaise on toasted English muffins. The crab cakes held together well and kept their texture, while the hollandaise added richness without overwhelming the dish. Brunch potatoes on the side were evenly cooked and satisfying.


The Cajun Chicken Caesar paired blackened chicken with parmesan and focaccia croutons. The seasoning on the chicken carried a gentle heat, and the croutons added structure and contrast to the greens.

For something lighter, the Prawn Cocktail focused on chilled tiger prawns served simply with lemon and cocktail sauce. The prawns were firm and fresh, making this an easy, straightforward start.

The Ahi Tuna Stack, layered with avocado and cucumber and finished with a soy maple glaze. Tortilla chips added crunch and made it a shareable plate that worked well alongside drinks.

Cocktails were a central part of the experience, each built around Cloud House spirits.

The Jungle Bird mixed pineapple juice with Select Aperitivo and lime for a bright, easygoing sip.

The Cloud House Negroni combined gin, sweet vermouth, and Select Aperitivo, with an optional smoked presentation that added a subtle aromatic layer.

The Cloudy Martini, styled like an espresso martini with rum and espresso, suited those looking for something darker and more coffee-forward.

The Colombian Old Fashioned, made with demerara sugar and bitters, offered another smoked option for guests who enjoy that added element.


The Cloud House on the Rocks was served simply, finished with a Purdy’s chocolate coin that added a small, playful note to the glass.
