Dahlia Restaurant & Bar is offering a Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner built around a seasonal three-course menu served inside the Azur Legacy Collection Hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The evening includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and live jazz music, creating a warm and relaxed holiday setting.


I had the opportunity to preview the menu highlighted a focus on rich, comforting dishes suited to a winter celebration.

Guests begin with a choice of three starters. The Scallop is paired with basil, cream, and caviar for a smooth and savoury opening.


The vegetarian Mushroom starter features sourdough, wild mushrooms, truffle, and cream, delivering an earthy and satisfying start.


There is also a Tuna options combines ahi tuna with foie gras, chive, and brioche, offering a richer option with layered textures.
Main courses continue the hearty theme with three distinct choices.
The Duck centres on duck breast finished with strawberry gastrique and leek, balancing savoury and gentle sweetness.


The Beef option features filet mignon served with morel mushrooms and jus, offering a classic and substantial centrepiece.


The Lobster dish presents lobster tail with lavender cream and romanesco for a refined seafood option.
Dessert includes a complimentary coffee or tea and offers three options to close the meal.
The Cheesecake comes with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for a familiar choice.

The Sticky Ginger Cake pairs mascarpone and berries with warming spice, fitting the season well.

There is also a Tiramisu which features marmalade, lady finger, and cream cheese for a lighter finish.
There was also complementary house-made bread with gruyere cheese.

Dahlia Restaurant & Bar is located at 833 West Pender Street in Vancouver. The holiday dinner is priced at $145 per person plus tax and gratuity, positioning it as a composed dining option for those planning a Christmas Eve or Christmas Day meal in the city.
