Svelte has arrived in British Columbia just in time for summer, offering wine drinkers a refreshing, lower-calorie option. Each glass contains 90 calories or less, targeting Canadians looking to reduce alcohol consumption without compromising flavour.
The brand enters the BC market with three varietals: Svelte White, a crisp wine with aromas of apricot and delicate florals; Svelte Rosé, which features strawberry, cherry and floral notes; and Svelte Red, a light-bodied pour with hints of berries and mocha. Each is crafted for relaxed sipping during outdoor gatherings or quiet evenings at home.
According to industry data, 49 per cent of Canadian wine drinkers are choosing to consume less alcohol, and 31 per cent of low-alcohol wine buyers say they’re motivated by health-conscious goals. Svelte addresses this demand with wines that balance taste and a lower alcohol profile.
Svelte is now available at BC Liquor and select independent wine retailers across the province.
