Parq Vancouver will show its Pride and support for two local 2SLGBTQIA+ charities via pride-themed events, food and drink features and an exclusive overnight-stay package throughout July at the downtown casino and entertainment hub (39 Smithe St.) to mark the return of Pride Long Weekend in Vancouver.
Throughout July, Parq’s pride will be on full display with an array of rainbow-themed décor throughout the property, its signature Pride Cake will be offered for $12 per slice at Honey Salt, the Victor, D/6 Lounge and BC kitchen, and tables are available to be booked for parties with live DJs at D/6 Lounge throughout the long weekend.
On Friday, July 29, guests can get fierce at D/6 when the hotspot hosts a special D/6 Drag Night presented by Stoli Elit with welcome canapés, Stoli Pride Cocktails, bottle service, slice of Pride Cake and entertainment by Zynth & Co. setting the stage for an all-star drag show that kicks up its heels at 8 p.m.

On Saturday, July 30, Parq will keep the good vibes going when special guest host Isabelle presides over a Drag Brunch at Honey Salt from noon to 3 p.m.

As part of its Pride-related features, Parq will also make donations to a pair of local organizations providing essential programs for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Vancouver: the Dr. Peter Centre, which provides food, therapies and clinical support to those living with complex medical and social needs; and A Loving Spoonful, a volunteer-driven enterprise serving free, nutritious meals to people living with HIV and co-existing illnesses.
