Club Kitchen brings together multiple independent kitchens under one roof, making it easy to mix and match dishes from different kitchens in a single order. We had the Margherita from Barbarella Pizza; Salted Salmon Bento from Hello Nori; Taiwanese Pork Meat Sauce on Rice from Pearl Castle; Salt & Pepper Wings CHKN Shack; and Mango & Coconut with Sago Drink from Hui Lan Shan.

Each dish showcased the unique style of its respective kitchen. The Margherita pizza from Barbarella Pizza had a classic, well-balanced flavour with a crisp yet chewy crust. The Salted Salmon Bento from Hello Nori offered a delightful combination of fresh, high-quality salmon and perfectly seasoned sides. Pearl Castle’s Taiwanese Pork Meat Sauce on Rice was comforting and savoury, with tender pork and a rich, flavourful sauce. The Salt & Pepper wings from Wingz CHKN Shack were crispy and well-seasoned. To end on a sweet note, Hui Lan Shan’s Mango & Coconut Sago Drink was refreshing and creamy, with a tropical twist that tied everything together.
