Chipotle Mexican Grill is set to open its first restaurant on the University of British Columbia (UBC) campus on September 24. Located at 6025 University Blvd., this will be Chipotle’s 17th location in British Columbia, further expanding its presence across Canada.
The new UBC location will be open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. A key feature of this restaurant is its walk-up window, designed for quick and convenient pick-up of digital orders. This addition is expected to streamline the process for busy students and staff on campus.
To celebrate the opening, Chipotle is offering a new menu item exclusive to the Vancouver area: Mexican-inspired Smoked Brisket. This tender, flavorful option will be available for a limited time, providing a unique twist to their popular offerings of burritos, bowls, and tacos.
The first 30 guests in line at the new UBC location will receive complimentary Chipotle Goods merchandise, making it an enticing stop for fans of the brand.
