Ingredients (Makes 450 ml)
- 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls
- 2.5 g of Matcha Sora
- 400 ml of almond milk
- Ice cubes
- Sugar (to taste)
Preparation
- Whip the matcha with a little sugar (to taste) in 50 ml of hot water (not boiling). Pour the almond milk in the matcha base
- Add tapioca pearls to a large glass
- Add ice and matcha base to the almond milk
