The Art of Bubble Tea with Camellia Sinensis

Ingredients (Makes 450 ml)

  • 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls
  • 2.5 g of Matcha Sora
  • 400 ml of almond milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Whip the matcha with a little sugar (to taste) in 50 ml of hot water (not boiling). Pour the almond milk in the matcha base
  2. Add tapioca pearls to a large glass
  3. Add ice and matcha base to the almond milk
