Happy National Caviar Day! In celebration of this delicious day, OEB Breakfast Co. in Vancouver hosted a special media event which showcased a few tasty dishes featuring Northern Divine Caviar.

Mini Lobster Scramble Poutine featuring Organic Sturgeon Caviar
Maritime lobster and shrimp scramble, green onions, American asiago cheese, brown butter hollandaise
French Toast Trifle
Brioche, lemon curd, fresh berries, pistachios, torched pavlovas
