Michelin-recommended Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market will join forces with Georgia Strait Alliance (GSA) to co-host the seventh annual ‘From Oysters to Orcas’ fundraiser at the downtown seafood dining hotspot at 762 Cambie Street on Wednesday, April 17.

Beginning at 7 p.m., Fanny Bay will celebrate the bounty provided by our local waters with a casual, one-night-only mingler featuring passed canapés from Chef Tommy Shorthouse, oyster shucking demonstrations and a dais of speakers that includes GSA Executive Director Christianne Wilhelmson.
Tickets are available at a variety of different price points with all proceeds being donated directly to the GSA and its ongoing mission to advocate for the protection of the Strait of Georgia and the Salish Sea.
For more than 30 years, the non-profit organization has mobilized and supported collective action for the protection of a Salish Sea teeming with life where thriving and just communities live in harmony with the environment.
As this one-night-only event is expected to sell out quickly, guests are encouraged to book and reservation their tickets here while tickets last. All proceeds will be donated directly to the GSA and its mission to advocate for the protection of the Georgia Strait and the Salish Sea.
