Vancouver Firefighter Charities (VFC) officially launches its 37th annual Hall of Flame calendar.
The VFC’s Hall of Flame calendar is the longest-running firefighters’ calendar in the world and has raised more than a million dollars for the BC Professional Firefighters Burn Fund as well as VFC’s charitable outreach programs like Snacks for Kids and Lifelines for Seniors that benefit at-risk youth and seniors in communities throughout BC since its debut in 1988.
Off-duty firefighters will raise awareness of and funds for the VFC’s many charitable endeavours by selling apparel and calendars and helping members of the public suit up in turnout gear at the West Coast Women’s Show at BC Place Stadium November 17 to 19.
