What better way to raise a glass to Wildlight Kitchen + Bar and its award-nominated all-British Columbia wine list than a wine pairing dinner featuring one of the Okanagan’s most cherished wineries?

For its first-ever winemaker’s dinner, the West Point Grey restaurant is proud to welcome Clos du Soleil and winemaker Michael Clark, for an inspired evening of B.C. food and wine.
Taking place on July 5 at 6 p.m., Wildlight Kitchen + Bar’s Wine Director Michael Cooke has curated the perfect Clos du Soleil pairings to complement Chef Warren Chow’s four-course menu, which will be served family-style.
Menu highlights include Chow’s signature Pescatarian Board, a stunning platter showcasing regional seafood with an array of house-made accompaniments, like pickled sea asparagus and nori crackers.
Cooke says the dish not only best represents Wildlight but also led to his most inspired pairing of the meal, though the entire evening means a lot to him.
