On Thursday June 8th, Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country will bring the fruits of the sun-drenched region to Vancouver, for an exclusive winemaker dinner at H Tasting Lounge at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver.

Guests will have the opportunity to try library wines and new releases from vinAmité Cellars, Nostalgia Wines, Gold Hill Estate Winery, and Castoro de Oro Estate Winery, all located on the sunny slopes of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country, Canada’s most award-winning wine region.
Each course, prepared by The Westin Bayshore executive chef, Ivan Lau, will be accompanied by two contrasting and complementary pairings, showcasing the versatility of wines the region is known for, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, allowing guests to savour eight wines from four iconic wineries.

Menu highlights include Spot Prawn Crudo, yuzu compressed daikon, charred fennel, buttermilk dashi, lotus root, dill oil; Five Spiced Duck Breast, seared fois gras, ume gel, buerre noisette taro croquette, fig and thyme reduction; and Roasted Lamb Loin, pistachio herb crust, grilled asparagus, black garlic potato pavé, truffle lamb jus.
