Four Bite Burger Brings Sliders to Downtown Vancouver

Four Bite Burger is a new slider restaurant inside the Bentall Centre food court in Downtown Vancouver. The concept comes from Jeremy Lau and Peter Yau, the owners behind Bovine Rice Bowls, with a menu built around small burgers, curly fries and house-made drinks.

The owners developed Four Bite Burger around their preference for a classic burger made with a short list of ingredients. Their approach centres on a seasoned ground beef blend cooked with thinly sliced onions, then topped with melted cheese and house sauce on a steamed potato roll.

The Beef Sliders come in packs of two, three or four, giving customers a choice of portion size. Seasoned Curly Fries are available alongside the burgers.

The menu extends to Grilled Cheese Sliders, Crispy Chicken Strips and a Kale Caesar Salad. House-made Iced Tea and Lemonade round out the drinks selection.

Chef Mario Regaldo leads the kitchen, bringing more than two decades of experience to the role. Kristi Koike, formerly the kitchen manager at Bovine Rice Bowls, oversees the front of house.

The restaurant uses a modern takeaway format suited to weekday lunches. Their location inside the Bentall Centre food court gives downtown office workers and visitors a place to pick up sliders and sides during the midday service.

Four Bite Burger is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Menu updates and further information are available through Four Bite Burger on Instagram.
