Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2:30pm, guests are invited to indulge in an extraordinary menu of premium delights including: Fresh-Shucked Oysters and Caviar, Bay Scallop and Ikura Ceviche, Creamy Lobster Dip, Dungeness Crab and Avocado Benny, and much more.

Or opt for the ultra-elevated Caviar & Uni Experience, featuring Northern Divine caviar, Bafun uni petals, nori scones and chive crème fraiche.

Brunch experiences also include a refreshing selection of handcrafted brunch cocktails (including a Mimosa bar), and live musical entertainment.
