OAKBERRY has introduced a new matcha program in collaboration with SOAR Organics, featuring premium Japanese matcha that is stone ground, shade grown, and prepared to order with no batching.
On the menu is:
- Matcha Latte with agave and oat milk
- Açaí Matcha with OAKBERRY açaí and oat milk
- Strawberry Matcha with strawberry and oat milk
- Mango Matcha with mango purée and oat milk
- Hojicha Latte and Maple Hojicha
- Double Matcha or Double Hojicha options available
We tried the Matcha Strawberry Oat Latte; Hojicha Latte; Açaí Matcha at the English Bay location.
The matcha is sourced from Japan and whisked fresh for each order, with a smooth texture from traditional stone grinding and a naturally vibrant profile from shade growing.
