They have introduced a selection of small-format serves known as Short Stories that support local causes. Their Sa Te cocktail utilizes the aromatics of Vietnamese sate soup with peanut butter tequila and coconut, while the Key Lime Pie serves as a liquid tribute to the classic dessert with condensed milk and tequila. Proceeds from these specific sales benefit a rotating monthly charity within British Columbia.

The menu further explores landscape and journey through creations like First Light, which features guava and hot honey to mimic the feeling of tropical mornings. Fans of historical folk songs can sample Rocky Road to Dublin, a blend of Irish whisky, cedar, and chamomile grappa. Cultural traditions are also highlighted in the Yum Cha, a cocktail reflecting dim sum rituals with Japanese whisky and oolong tea. Music enthusiasts may prefer the Lady In Satin, an elegant mix of pisco and rhubarb inspired by the iconic Billie Holiday album.

Shared experiences remain a focus at the bar with large-format options designed for groups. Their Dirty Thoughts provides a tribute to pickles using vodka and a custom vermouth blend, served with a full pickle service. Groups can also enjoy a Classic Cocktail Porron, which follows the Spanish tradition of communal drinking with choices ranging from negronis to lychee martinis. For those seeking non-alcoholic options, the Paz Verde combines non-alcoholic spirit with verdita and lime.

Creative uses of ingredients define this new collection, featuring everything from Mexican spiced coffee to banana cold cream. Their Run Wild cocktail explores the history of coffee and cacao using 12 year rum and fresh espresso. This new chapter invites guests to create their own memories while sipping on some of the most innovative drinks currently available in the city.
