Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse is kicking off BBQ season with a full summer lineup of pop-up locations across Metro Vancouver. Fans can now find Rosie’s each week at Batch Plaza of Nations, a new permanent concession inside Nat Bailey Stadium during Vancouver Canadians home games, and at select farmers markets in New Westminster, the West End, and Downtown Vancouver.

Smokers will be operating on site at each location to deliver freshly prepared dishes using carefully sourced proteins from BC. Sandwich favourites such as the 4am Brisket Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Smoked Chicken Sandwich remain on the menu. For those after a more substantial meal, BBQ platters and Southern-style sides are also available.
The food truck menu brings in seasonal additions, including Hatch Chili Barbacoa made with New Mexico chilis, Tejano Poutine with brisket, pit beans, and cotija, and smoker favourites like Sausage Rolls, Spicy Peach Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and Slow-Cooked Pastrami.
Rosie’s will continue to appear at locations across the region throughout the season, including regular stops at The Parkside Brewery in Port Moody, events with Main Street Brewing, festivals, and a range of farmers markets. The team operates two trailers and two on-site smokers to bring their menu to as many events as possible this summer.
